Atom2 systems
Tranquil PC have announced the availability of LIMITED quantities of Intel’s Atom CPU (330) powered products.
Atom 330 is not a single wafer, with shared resources, as you can see from the photo above, it’s TWO Atom wafers !
Windows task manager will show you 4x CPU history graphs – and desktop speed is very very snappy !
There will be two products launched initially :
1. A special edition (Blue) T7 Home Server -product code : T7-HSG
Sporting the Atom 330 CPU and also GbE LAN interface.
HDD options will be 500GB, 1TB or 2x 250GB or 2x 320GB
2. A special edition Media Centre system !
Including the Atom 330 CPU : Dual DVB-T tuners : HDTV out : upto 2TB storage :
GbE LAN : attractive entry cost.
